Felmoor Country Park offers the perfect mix of relaxation, family fun and beautiful surroundings, making it an ideal destination for guests of all ages. At the heart of the park is the popular Crazy Horse Saloon — a Bar and Restaurant serving hearty meals, tasty snacks, breakfasts, traditional Sunday lunches and convenient Takeaway options. There is always something happening, from midweek Bingo nights to weekend Karaoke, Discos and Live Music, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Beneath the saloon, you’ll find an underground Games Room packed with entertainment including toddler play areas, arcade games, pool tables and dart boards — plenty to keep both children and adults entertained whatever the weather.
The park itself is beautifully maintained with peaceful woodland walks and a scenic lake walk right on your doorstep. Nature lovers will enjoy spotting the resident wildlife including swans, geese, moorhens, coots, rabbits, squirrels and even the occasional deer. Guests can also explore neighbouring Bockenfield Country Park, accessible via the footbridge around the lake or by roadbridge. Felmoor Country Park is also perfectly positioned for exploring the very best of Northumberland. Beautiful Beaches and miles of Coastline, Historic Castles, Market Towns such as Morpeth and the popular town of Alnwick, with famous Alnwick Castle and Gardens are all within easy reach. Right at the entrance to the park you will find Northumberland Zoo, home to a variety of exotic and native animals, making it a fantastic family day out just moments away. Nearby Eshott Airfield also offers a lovely little café which can be reached on foot via Bockenfield, ideal for a relaxed walk and coffee stop during your stay.
